To Log in, you are required to enter your email address and password only, and to Sign in, you are required to enter your name, business/company name, email address, phone number, account type (either a registered business name or a registered company), and a secure password.

You can decide to use the web application or download the app from your Play store or Apple Store.

  1. You will verify your account after a verification email with a link has been sent to you.
  1. After you have verified your account, you will log in to your Collect Africa Dashboard.
  1. Please ensure that you go to the Settings > Compliance Tab to enter all necessary details about your business so that you can begin to make transactions.

HOW TO GENERATE A PAYMENT LINK 

Go to Payments > Click on Paylinks > Click on Create Paylink where you will enter the necessary details.

Please note that after submitting all necessary documents for compliance,  you will be able to request a virtual business account which you can use to generate payment links that you can share with your customers.

Once you have your virtual business account, you can share that with your customers to make payments at any time. You will find the video below on how to generate a payment link after you must have completed the compliance section.

HOW TO GENERATE AN INVOICE

Go to Payments > Click on Invoices > Click on Create Invoice

Enter the necessary information, and click on Publish. You will be returned to your dashboard where you will see your invoice.

Click on View to see your invoice details, which contain the payment link you can share with your customers and your virtual business account where the money will be deposited.
