The Perks Of Hosting Locally

Do you know how websites communicate with servers? It is not as tricky as you might think. When you load a website address in the address bar, you are actually sending a message to the server asking it to load.

If your server is based in Antarctica,  when a Nigerian visitor loads your website, the information travels all the way there,  requests access to the server then, travels all the way back to Nigeria to load it on the visitor’s screen.

Imagine all that travel just to load your website! All the while, your website is loading the visitor may think your website is slow and leave.

However, if you are hosting in Nigeria and a Nigerian user wants to load your website, your site would load in seconds. Visitors will have a great user experience using your website. Now, that is good for business.
