Currently, the email quota on shared hosting cannot be increased. This quota determines the amount of disk space each email account can use. Each hosting plan has a fixed limit:
- Aspire, Premium, Pro: 1GB per email account
- Deluxe: 2GB per email account
- Supreme: 3GB per email account
If you need more storage for your emails, consider upgrading to our standalone email services, like WhoGoHost Email Hosting or G Suite.
Note: Only one email service can be active at a time due to configuration restrictions.
