What is the SiteLock Trust Seal? Print

  • 0

The SiteLock Trust Seal is a security badge you can place on your website to show visitors that your site is regularly scanned and protected against malware, vulnerabilities, and other threats.

When visitors see the seal, it displays the date of the last successful scan, helping build trust and encouraging them to shop, sign up, or submit information confidently.

Important privacy note:

Even if a scan detects an issue, SiteLock will never alert your visitors. The seal simply keeps showing the last successful scan date. If the problem isn’t fixed within a few days, SiteLock quietly removes the visible seal and replaces it with a tiny transparent image. At no time will your customers see any warning or negative message.

Your reputation stays protected while you fix the issue behind the scenes.
