How do I upgrade/downgrade my SiteBuilder Package? Print

To Upgrade:

  1. Log in to your client area at whogohost.com/clientarea.

  2. Go to Hosting & Services and select My Hosting & Services.

  3. Find the SiteBuilder account you want to upgrade and click on it.

  4. On the product detail page, click Upgrade.

  5. Choose your new plan by clicking Choose Product (don’t change the billing cycle).

  6. Select a payment method and click Click to Continue to complete the process.

  7. A prorated invoice will be generated. Once paid, your plan is upgraded.

To Downgrade:

Send an email to support@whogohost.com with your current plan and the plan you want to downgrade to.
