To Upgrade:
- Log in to your client area at whogohost.com/clientarea.
- Go to Hosting & Services and select My Hosting & Services.
- Find the SiteBuilder account you want to upgrade and click on it.
- On the product detail page, click Upgrade.
- Choose your new plan by clicking Choose Product (don’t change the billing cycle).
- Select a payment method and click Click to Continue to complete the process.
- A prorated invoice will be generated. Once paid, your plan is upgraded.
To Downgrade:
Send an email to support@whogohost.com with your current plan and the plan you want to downgrade to.
