As you may know, Google Workspace by Google provides essential tools for productivity and collaboration, and we are constantly striving to improve our services to meet your needs.

However, we regret to inform you that, starting March 14, 2023, Google will be increasing the price of all Google Workspace Business subscriptions worldwide. We understand that this may come as a surprise and may cause some inconvenience. Please know that this decision by Google was not taken lightly and they have given it careful consideration.

We know that every business faces cost pressures, and we want to be transparent about our need to adjust our pricing based on this recent announcement by Google to ensure we continue delivering the same level of quality and innovation that you expect from us. Google is well committed to investing in its platform, improving security and collaboration, and innovating new solutions to meet your evolving business needs.

We value your loyalty and want to assure you that this change will not affect your current subscription price until it is time for your subscription to renew on or after March 31, 2023. For those on monthly, quarterly & semi-annual billing, when your renewal is due, you will see a slight increase in your subscription fee, depending on your subscription plan. If you are on annual billing, the price increase will not affect you but you will NOT be able to decrease your number of users at any time until renewal.

The new pricing below only affects new orders from March 14, 2023, and the renewal of existing Google Workspace accounts before then from April 1, 2023.

Please note that if you purchase or renew on the annual billing cycle, you will still get to pay at the old price which will be at a discount to you.

In addition, existing Google Workspace accounts before March 14, 2023, below 10 users will not be affected by the price increase till after December 31, 2023. But if your number of users increases above 10, you will automatically be charged at the new price for your next renewal.
