If uploads aren’t going through, here’s what to check:
- Correct directory – Make sure you’re placing your files inside the public_html folder. Uploading elsewhere won’t work.
- Hosting space – Full accounts can’t accept new files. Delete old or unnecessary files, or upgrade to a bigger plan if you need more room.
If you’ve tried both and it’s still not working, contact WhoGoHost support, we’ll get it fixed for you.
