- Click on  “settings†on your mobile phone. Scroll down and click on “Passwords and Accountsâ€.

2. Click on “Add Accountâ€.

3. Click on "other".

4. Click on "Add Mail Account"./

5. Select the type of account "POP3" or "IMAP" Input the appropriate details stated below in the 'New Account' page for Incoming and Outgoing server:
Username - Email Address ( for instance, email@domainname.com)
Email - Email Address ( for instance, email@domainname.com)
Password - Email Address password
Hostname - mail.yourdomainname.com

Once the verification is complete, click on save at the top of the page to finish.
